Bets placed using Real Money Balance are deducted from your balance at the time of placement, not at settlement.

c7777 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising under contract, tort, or any other legal theory:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or anticipated savings
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to secure your login credentials
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by factors beyond c7777's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events
• Any loss related to gambling outcomes — gambling involves financial risk and c7777 is not liable for losses incurred through game or betting activity on the Platform

Where c7777 is found liable by a competent court, the total aggregate liability of c7777 to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to c7777 in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
